Photo submissions will be open for a defined period (TBD, several weeks). There is no limit to the number of photos a customer may submit. - Submission Requirements
Each entrant must provide:- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Shipping address (for prize fulfillment)
- Trailer model (required dropdown selection)
Each submission includes:
- Photo upload(s)
- Optional text field for photo context or story
- Checkbox to recommend a judging category
- Photo Guidelines
- Photos must feature a Hiker Trailers product
- High-resolution images preferred
- Judging will be weighted toward unedited or minimally edited photos
- Judging & Semi-Finalists
After submissions close, Hiker Trailers will internally review entries and select semi-finalists for each category. - Community Voting
Semi-finalist photos will be opened to community voting for a defined period (TBD, estimated 1–2 weeks). Voting contributes to overall placement but does not solely determine winners. - Winner Announcement
Final winners will be announced via website, email, and social media following the close of voting.

By submitting photos to The Hitchies, entrants irrevocably grant Hiker Trailers and its affiliated brands a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit the submitted images in any manner and for any purpose, including marketing, advertising, print, digital, social media, and promotional use, without compensation, approval, or attribution. Entrants waive any rights of attribution, moral rights, publicity rights, or rights to inspect or approve finished materials.
