Q1: Who can join the Community Referral Program?
A: Both new and existing Hiker Trailer owners are welcome to join the program.
Q2: How do I register for the program as an existing customer?
A: Simply fill out our online registration form found here, and we’ll send your referral cards to the address provided.
Q3: How do I register for the program as a new customer?
A: Our team will confirm your participation in the program during your final paperwork and titling process before you pick up your Hiker Trailer or opt for delivery.
Q4: Can I combine my $250 referral discount with any other promotions?
A: No, the referral discount cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. The greater discount will apply at the time of your order.
Q5: How do I receive my referral reward after someone uses my code?
A: Once the referred customer redeems your code and picks up their new Hiker Trailer, we’ll send your referral check to the address you provided during sign up. We’ll also give you an email notification when we mail it.
Q6: Someone I know purchased a trailer but I never received my bonus?
If the new owner doesn’t provide us with the code before delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively apply the code.
Q7: What if I need more referral cards?
A: If you run out of referral cards, contact us and we’ll send you additional cards.
Q8: Do referral cards expire?
A: Yes, referral cards expire annually. The first batch expiring on December 31, 2025 as marked on the card.
