How the Referral Program Works
1. Sign Up for Community Referral Cards
- New Owners: During the pick up process of your new Hiker Trailer, opt-in to our Community Referral Program. Sign up is free, just simply let our team know!
- Existing Owners: Register through our simple online form below to join the program.
2. Receive Your Referral Cards
- We’ll send you five Community Referral Cards to your mailing address (or provide them during your pick up).
- Each card contains a unique referral code for you to share.
3. Share with Friends and Fellow Adventurers
- Hand out your referral cards to anyone interested in becoming part of the Hiker Trailer family.
- Share your experiences and encourage others to start their own journey.
4. Earn Rewards Together
- For the New Customer:
- $250 Discount on their new Hiker Trailer Purchase!*
- For You, the Referrer:
- $250 Cash Reward (sent via check) to your mailing address once the new customer picks up their Hiker Tailer!
Redeeming the Referral Code
- Online Checkout:
- New customers can enter their referral code during the online checkout process when paying their deposit.
- Order Process:
- Alternatively, new customers can inform our team of the referral code during their ordering and build confirmation process to redeem the code with our team directly.
*Note: Referral codes are not combinable with other discounts. The referred customer (New Customers) will receive the greater of the two discounts if another promotion is available. Referring Customers (Hiker Owners) will still receive their referral credit if another promotion is available during their referrals redemption.

Q1: Who can join the Community Referral Program?
A: Both new and existing Hiker Trailer owners are welcome to join the program.
Q2: How do I register for the program as an existing customer?
A: Simply fill out our online registration form found here, and we’ll send your referral cards to the address provided.
Q3: How do I register for the program as a new customer?
A: Our team will confirm your participation in the program during your final paperwork and titling process before you pick up your Hiker Trailer or opt for delivery.
Q4: Can I combine my $250 referral discount with any other promotions?
A: No, the referral discount cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. The greater discount will apply at the time of your order.
Q5: How do I receive my referral reward after someone uses my code?
A: Once the referred customer redeems your code and picks up their new Hiker Trailer, we’ll send your referral check to the address you provided during sign up. We’ll also give you an email notification when we mail it.
Q6: What if I need more referral cards?
A: If you run out of referral cards, contact us and we’ll send you additional cards.
Q7: Do referral cards expire?
A: Yes, referral cards expire annually. The first batch expiring on December 31, 2025 as marked on the card.
Q8: How do I apply the referral code to my build as a new customer?
A: You can enter the code during the checkout process when paying your deposit online, or inform our team during the ordering process before your final build confirmation to get the discount code applied manually.
