Hiker Trailers Announces Jordan Wilson as New Production Manager
Columbus, IN — Hiker Trailers is proud to announce that longtime team member and former Customer Service Manager, Jordan Wilson, has taken on a new role as Production Manager, where he will oversee all aspects of production with our dedicated build team.
Jordan has been an essential part of the Hiker family for years, first making his mark on the customer side by guiding buyers through the ordering process, answering questions, and helping create memorable customer experiences. His dedication and knowledge of our trailers have made him a trusted resource for both our team and our community.
In his new role, Jordan will be responsible for coordinating and managing production operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met. His deep product knowledge and hands-on approach make him uniquely qualified to lead the build team, and he will continue to be a key contributor to the success of Hiker Trailers.
While stepping into production leadership, Jordan will still remain involved in customer-facing activities such as select shows, service work, and Hiker Fest, our annual campout for the Hiker community. His presence at these events ensures that customers, both new and longtime, will continue to benefit from his experience and enthusiasm.
