Hiker Fest 2025
Join us for the first-ever Hiker Fest 2025, a Hiker Trailer-sponsored camping event created exclusively for our amazing community of Hiker Trailer owners! This special gathering is open to all Hiker owners across the country and will take place at the historic Bill Monroe Campground & Music Park from September 25 – September 27, 2025.
Experience a weekend filled with live music, delicious food vendors, a community potluck, and exciting special activities (to be announced soon). Whether you’re a seasoned traveler or new to the Hiker family, this is your chance to connect, share adventures, and celebrate the Hiker lifestyle with fellow enthusiasts.

Tickets On Sale Now
Tickets are now available to pre-order through our campground partner Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground. Here are some basic instructions and helpful tips to get you started.
*Early Bird Special – Reserve your spot before Friday February 14th and get two free event shirts, and entry into a special give-a-way raffle!

Hiker Fest Reservations are starting out in the following camping sections:

Additional Spaces will be made available if we fill up the first few areas. Campsite amenities are visible on the map during your reservation steps. (See the below photo, Hiker Fest Areas are marked in blue)
Dates:
Check In – Thursday Sept. 25th
Check Out – Sunday Sept. 28th
You may book additional days before or after the official Hiker Fest dates if you wish to extend your stay.
Checkout Code:
During checkout, please select “Hiker 25” under the section labeled Reason for Visit to allow the team at Bill Monroe Campground to know your part of the Hiker Fest 2025 group and don’t accidentally get moved out of our section!
**Your Reservation Acts as Your Ticket to Hiker Fest as long as you use the Hiker 25 code!**
Lock Fee:
If you plan on camping next to a specific friend or family member, please select the lock fee as an option during checkout to reserve specific camping spots next to other Hiker Trailer Owners. If you do not select the lock fee, your reservation spot may be moved to fill up the campground areas for Hiker Fest. You will be contacted before any changes are made to your reservation by the Bill Monroe team.
